Settlement of Remaining Balance for Partially Paid Orders (10/2)

Since a lot of you are worry about the “missing of orders”, we’d like to let you know that our old site is still accessible for customer login!

We have changed the URL of our old platform: www.animenpcop.com

By logging in to our old site (with your own password but not the reset one), you could see your customer information and order details.

You could also login and settle your partial paid orders if you prefer not to have us send an separate invoice to you through PayPal.

Once again, we’d like to make it clear that all orders are recorded! 🙂

Update on Transfer of Information and Orders (9/30)

We’d like to keep you all updated regarding the transfer of customer orders and account information.

Since we are still fixing some minor issues caused by the transfer of hosting company, which would have no effect on using our site, the transfer of customer account information and order details were put on hold.

Please rest assured that all orders were recorded and no order went missing.

That our site is now back online!

It might be a little slow during loading but it works alright!

But for the customer accounts information and order details, since we were disrupted by some minor issues (now fixed!) during the transfer of hosting company, the process of uploading account info and order details to our new site is still in progress.

We are grateful for your patience 🙂

Partially Paid Orders (9/24)

We’d like to make it clear that all orders are backed up with us and the transfer of customer account information and order details would have no effect on our daily operations.

Items arrived at our warehouse were shipped as usual.

For customers who have their orders partially paid and the item they ordered were released, we’d be sending an invoice to you guys through PayPal, amounted to the exact remaining balance for your convenience.

Orders that are settled in full would be processed and shipped.

Fee free to contact us if you have any other concerns or inquiries!

We understand how the disappearance of orders in your account could be terrifying, but be rest assured that we will take good care of our customers!

Once again we are grateful that you guys are sticking with us as companions as we are going through this hardship!

Thank you for sticking with us!

After all the hassle and bustle, our site is almost done with the transfer of customer information and order details, Due to technical issues, the process is taking long than expected, and we apologize for the long wait!

Our site is back up online but due to the above reason, you may find your account information is incomplete and your order is not recorded in your account.

We will get this fixed ASAP! For now, you could browse our site and place an order smoothly!

Please login to your account with the password “passw0rd” since the transfer of hosting company forced us to reset your account passwords. We strongly recommend that you change the password once you log back into your account for security reasons.

Since the transfer is incomplete, time needed to access our site is a little longer than usual.

Guys, I apologize for the inaccessibility of our site in the past few days! We were switching hosting company and thus was in the maintenance mode. We encountered a certain technical issues during the transfer of order details and customer information, which took us a little longer than expected. We are grateful that you are being patience with the long wait!

For those who has an account with us, please note that all customer information would be transferred but the password of your account would be reset.

Once our system is back online, please login to your account with the email address you registered, with the following default password: passw0rd

We strongly recommend all customers to change their passwords once you login.

Customer Orders:

Please note that all orders would be unable to show up in customer’s account temporarily, but not worries since we have all orders recorded off the system so no existing orders would be affected or missed out.

For customers who has an unfulfilled order that is paid in full, we will be shipping the item(s) out once they have arrived at our warehouse.

For customers who had partially settled your order, we will be issuing an PayPal invoice to you for the remaining balance about one week before the release of the item you ordered.

For customers who have completed orders with us, order details and associated reward points would be added back to your account ASAP.
