Good news!
The suspension on acceptance of parcels to the States through Hong Kong Post has been lifted.
Please check the latest notice for more details.
The recent temporary suspension of shipments from Hong Kong to the States has led to a backlog of unprocessed customer orders in our warehouses.
We are actively working to fulfill and ship the delayed parcels accordingly.
We apologize for the delay in shipment.
We’d also like to express our gratitude toward customers for their patience and trust!

Hong Kong Post is our primary courier for customer orders since our main warehouses are in Hong Kong.
However, Hongkong Post announced on Thursday (February 6) that it will continue to suspend the acceptance of mail containing goods destined for the United States until further notice.
The situation arose after the U.S. Postal Service suddenly notified Hongkong Post on February 5 that it could not ship mail containing goods to the U.S., effective immediately, unless the mail had been submitted with complete and accurate “Formal Entry” to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection as required by U.S. law. Later that evening, the U.S. Postal Service announced that it would continue to accept such mail.
As a result, shipments of customer orders to the USA will be delayed by 5-10 business days while we search for an alternative courier for our US-based customers.
Unfortunately, this situation will also lead to an increase in shipping fees to the USA.
